Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule

If your order subtotal is between $19.95 to $60.00	Then Add $5.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is between $61.00 to $150.00	Then Add $9.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is between $151.00 to $250.00	Then Add $15.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is between $251.00 to $500.00	Then Add $18.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is between $501.00 to 751.00	Then Add $21.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is between $751.00 to $1000.00	Then Add $22.00 for shipping/handling
If your order subtotal is $1001.00-Above	Then Add $24.00 for shipping/handling

 **For International orders add an additional 6% to the subtotal.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx/UPS/USPS: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday are processed the following Monday.

UPS is Midwest Global Group, Inc.'s preferred carrier for multiple stole orders.  For single stole orders, our preferred carrier is the United States Postal Service. UPS offers more detailed tracking information for your order.  Contact UPS for delivery times at 1-800-PICK-UPS.  

General Delivery Times
UPS delivers Monday - Friday.
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.

FedEx delivers Monday - Friday (Tuesday-Saturday for residential deliveries).

UPS 2-Day is usually delivered by 4:30 p.m. for most U.S. addresses and by 7:00 p.m. for residential addresses. 

UPS Standard Overnight usually delivered by 3:00 p.m. to most US addresses and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. For orders placed on Friday for Overnight delivery we ship for the package to arrive the following Monday. We do not offer Saturday/Sunday deliveries.

NOTE: For orders under $1000.00, overnight delivery will incur an additional charge of $19.50 per shipping address, and Second Day delivery will incur an additional charge of $12.00 per shipping address for orders under $1000.00.  For orders greater than $1000.00, overnight delivery is 9% of the order subtotal, and 6% of the order subtotal for 2nd Day Delivery orders. Three Day delivery will incur an additional charge of $9.50 per shipping address.

Orders shipped to the Midwest can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the South and East Coast can be expected within 4 - 6 business days. 

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.

P.O. Box Deliveries

Our PO Box and APO customers must select USPS Priority Mail.

Please note: For UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Example: We ship your order on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day the order ships as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries as well as certain delivery dates. If you need complete information, please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

 

RETURNS

All returns and claims must be made within ten (10) days of the Order Ship Date (Order Ship Date is the date we ship the order).  Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item(s) is/are being returned due to our error.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange/return.
